Well what can I say! I can fully understand now how hard it actually is to get a booking with Butterflies! Absolutley amazing food so delicious and full of flavour, great menu so much gorgeous dishes to choose from I didn’t know what to order. I cannot wait to come back to try other items on the menu. I had the Shepard’s pie Bon Bon’s for starter amazing, I had the steak with the garlic mash and mushroom garlic sauce so delicious full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Staff well what can I say every single one of them just fantastic! So polite, helpful and friendly an amazing team up there how lucky the manager/owners are to have them they are an asset to the business we will be back and taking our friends up with us ☺️

My wife and I visited The Ivy in Cheltenham last night with two friends, and what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish! The service was absolutely impeccable, from the warm welcome we received at the door to the moment we left. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the attention to detail throughout the evening was exceptional. The food was simply outstanding – genuinely some of the best I have ever eaten. Beautifully presented, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. A real credit to the kitchen team. If I were to be slightly critical, the drinks were a little on the pricey side, and the restaurant could have been a couple of degrees warmer. However, we understood there had been power outages earlier in the day, so this was entirely understandable and certainly didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful evening. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that absolutely deserves five stars. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ivy Cheltenham to anyone looking for exceptional food, first-class service and a memorable evening out. Well done to the entire team!
