We had oysters, escargot, bone marrow, the foie gras double down and shared the beef bourguignon. The vegetable was delicata squash with nuts and honey. Every single dish was delicious prepared perfectly. I’m glad we tried the foie gras double down which is a different than the classic prep. All washed down with a martini and a nice beaujolais.
