The staff does a great job, singing for table after table with great smiles on their faces. The pastry shop aspect of the experience is sublime. What a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!! We had oysters, escargot, bone marrow, the foie gras double down and shared the beef bourguignon. The vegetable was delicata squash with nuts and honey. Every single dish was delicious prepared perfectly. I’m glad we tried the foie gras double down which is a different than the classic prep. All washed down with a martini and a nice beaujolais.
