Best French Restaurants in Rosemont/Petite Patrie

I decided to make Limbo my place for a birthday dinner in Montreal and it did not disappoint. I decided to go big and selected the 10 course chefs tasting menu. Each dish was so unique and were a perfect portion of a solo diner. My server also provided excellent wine paring recommendations that went perfectly with the food. They really went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Will for sure return the next time I’m in town!

Wonderful evening and meal at Joe Beef! The service was excellent and the food was perfect. No notes. We had oysters, escargot, bone marrow, the foie gras double down and shared the beef bourguignon. The vegetable was delicata squash with nuts and honey. Every single dish was delicious prepared perfectly. I’m glad we tried the foie gras double down which is a different than the classic prep. All washed down with a martini and a nice beaujolais. Our waiter was also very helpful, guiding us through the menu.

Food , ambiance and service was all terrific ! Our server Buddy was exceptional!! Definitely deserving of a return visit .

Wanted a good meal while in Montreal - outside of the smoked meat/bagel/poutine line of meals. Bar St Denis was it. It was fantastic food in a casual atmosphere. Great service, delicious dishes, fantastic wine. The music… late 70s / early 80s r&b was perfect! Would definitely recommend, would definitely go back.
