Best Steakhouses in Buckingham

We've attended Roca on a few occasions and always had a good time. The service is attentive but not intrusive and the staff are helpful with details of the menu. The food is well presented and tasty with a good range of options. We usually sit inside but there is seating outside under cover. Recommended

The restaurant manager, Adrianna, was incredibly accommodating to my requirements as we were not sure how many attendees until the last minute. She was warm and welcoming and managed to seat a party of 8 together, when we initially booked for 5. The food was plentiful, great quality and freshly prepared. One of the waitresses was new and was polite and friendly but did get our order wrong initially. So three members of our group had to wait longer than some of us, to get their meal. We didn't want to make a fuss and waited patiently, but this was a little worrying as we had limited time before two of our group needed to leave. She didn't check with the chefs about length of time or chase the orders until I queried the delay. Food was cooked fresh, which was great, but those eating rodizio had almost finished before the remaining diners in our group were served. It felt a little awkward as this was the first time we'd met. I hope this has now been addressed as a training issue and we were very happy with everything else so would definitely be returning when the opportunity arises. Thanks Adrianna ans team. A real Italian restaurant, although with some changes to menu style to suit local expectations, this is a welcome change from the many chain restaurants that are the same everywhere. Very good food, and a reasonably extensive and not over-priced wine list. My veal was perfectly cooked (pink), as was my wife's fish. The portion sizes are reasonable, so don't be afraid to order a couple of side dishes. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Service was perhaps just a little too rapid for my taste, I'd have preferred a slightly longer wait to finish my cocktail, and between courses, but that's very much personal preference. We will certainly return.
